Activities in the Healthy Smile School Clubs, culminate into an interschool competition where Schools with clubs participate in a competition to showcase their understanding and prowess in oral health. This is done through use of short skits, poems, dancing competitions and songs. In 2019 we had our inaugural completion event that was held in Ruiru Town. The event attracted over 35 school institutions who had different items to present as set out by the completion organizing committees. The committee is comprised of school teachers who are club patrons and the Smile Changers Foundation Secretariat.
They adopted a theme ‘How, When and Why to brush our teeth’.
In addition, a number of private companies sponsored the event and participated in the awareness of healthy wellbeing through showcasing their products.
